Refund policy
Cancellations & Refunds on Orders/Items: We accept cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel or swap an item from your order, please email us at Lucidlotuselixirs@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at Lucidlotuselixirs@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your shipment, Please include your order number. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Reshipping Packages:If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to cover the cost of reshipping. If you choose not to cover the shipping cost, the package and any shipping fees will be forfeited.
Refunds After Agreement:If a refund is approved, we require the package to be returned with all items included and undamaged. Once received, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We recommend contacting your local postal service or customs agency for assistance.
International Orders: We are not responsible for lost or delayed international shipments. Once your package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may stop or customs may delay delivery. Please contact your local postal service or customs agency for help.
